2. Payment and Fees:

• Setup fee: $400 (one-time).
• Subscription: $99-$199–$399/month, depending on plan.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. User Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Ensure legal compliance in your business operations.
• Respect the usage limits of your plan.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable.

5. Liability:

Optimiza is not responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the service.

6. Modifications:

We may update these terms. Continued use of Optimiza after changes constitutes acceptance.
